In relation to the "Draft Development Control Plan - Speers Point Quarry Area Plan", we oppose the control plan unless it is amended to include a requirement for a study into a purpose built access road to the site, and that it recommends Hopkins Street retain its current character as a residential cul-de-sac to protect the future amenity and safety of its residents.

This petition is in support of the submission made by Philip Uebergang of 15 Hopkins Street in relation to the above.
