I strongly oppose this development. It is not in keeping with the existing neighborhood, would be highly problematic for the neighboring senior housing, and would greatly increase traffic congestion. The developer has been completely inflexible in attempts in attempts to discuss potential modifications.

Sherri Blackburn (home owner) 4770 Forest Bridge Drive Collierville, TN 38017 I strongly oppose the planned development as currently proposed. The lot densities, home sizes, prices and elevations as presented are not consistent with that of existing homes and estates within our surrounding communities. I believe the current design as proposed would greatly devalue our beautiful communities, and would not offer longterm growth in value. Please reconsider this.
