We spent 20 years as homeowners in Arizona watching urban sprawl and watching the negative impact to our community. We moved here to get away from that, and absolutely love this special community. I'm signing because I hope we can prevent this and keep it both small and special.

Eagleville could and should lead by example and say NO to developers. Other small towns (Nolensville and college grove) didn’t do that and look at them now. Any environmental studies, traffic flow studies. Impact on the school, etc available? Just say no.

Have we not learned from “The Grove’s” impact on College Grove? I was born and raised there and am honestly ashamed to admit it now. I realize this is not to the same caliber as The Grove, but this would be one step in the same direction. Please do not change the culture of yet another small farming community. Keep Eagleville small. -A College Grove girl who wants her daughter to grow up in a community where everybody knows everybody

What is the benefit to our community as a whole and the community that lives on Webb road for a large cookie cutter subdivision? What will this do for our small Eagleville school community? I am voting NO to this project.

Eagleville is truly a special and unique place. Please protect it and it’s culture by preventing this urban sprawl. Bringing a large development like this will ultimately change the dynamic of this town and its people. Keep Eagleville special and different from other communities.

Can’t handle this level of population growth without adversely affecting our k-12 school and traffic.

Eagleville is a great community but this expansion is not in the best interest of the community.

This road cannot handle all he traffic that this would create.

I am a resident on this road and oppose this development strongly. We love this area and town for the quiet, peaceful community and little traffic. This development would significantly and terribly impact our quiet road and be a detriment to our roads, way of life, and safety of our families due to construction equipment traffic, huge increase in traffic, and lots of new and unknown neighbors. We are a friendly community but also enjoy our quiet space. Please take this into account when allowing our beautiful land to be considered a huge development.

180 homes would bring lots of pressure to the town of Eagleville in the form of infrastructure.
