Eagleville is a small, neighborly, farm town and needs to stay that way. K - 12 schools are disappearing and that is a shame.

Eagleville wants to keep the small town & close community. Dont want another Murfreesboro where you cant get from one side of town to another. Small town life is where everybody knows their neighbors and help each other if needed. Dont ruin this small town by taking up all their land and building 180+ homes!!

This is not appropriate development for this area. For it to fit in the area, the minimum needs to be one home per five acres. If the developer wants to build cookie cutter houses on little lots - there’s TONS of business in Nashville. Developers - Move on away from our beautiful peaceful area that we have worked so hard for. Our schools, our roads, and our way of life do not need this in the Eagleville area.

Stop all the building! We’ve lived here for 10 years and I’ve noticed the increase in traffic already. We can’t support that much additional traffic!

My family and my husbands family have lived in this area for multiple generations. We’ve lived on my husbands great grandparents farm for 21 years and are still raising kids here. We love the quiet country lifestyle but over the last five years it has become increasingly less quiet as population soars. I know that change is the only certain thing in life but I believe we can permit change without destroying the quaint charm of our community. This subdivision WOULD destroy that quaint charm.
