We strongly oppose the proposed subdivision. Keep Eagleville as it is. We don't want to upgrade infrastructure & make improvements to solely support adding a subdivision.
To the City of Eagleville & Rutherford County Officials; do you really want this to be your legacy? Do you really want to be known as the officials that allowed this to happen to Eagleville?

I oppose this development. With 180 homes at the US average of 2.53 people in a household, this development with increase the population of Eagleville by 455 people. That's over 53% with one development. Too much too fast. My husband and I were fortunate enough to buy an existing home in Eagleville early this summer, and we love the town and the people here. Don't jeopardize the beauty of this community by increasing the size of the town by over 50% with one development. The infrastructure will be overtaxed and existing residents' lives will be forever changed in a direction they are trying to avoid.

A development of this size is a slippery slope that makes Eagleville the next Nolensville. There are numerous drawbacks to a development like this including higher traffic on small roads, increased light pollution, loss of agricultural farmland and degradation of the peace and quiet that many enjoy. There is no benefit other than the developer and homebuilder bank accounts.

Elected officials need to look at the situation with schools, infrastructure, roads and overcrowding that they have created. DO NOT COMPOUND THE PROBLEM UNTIL YOU FIX THE CURRENT SITUATION. stop the sprawl

Is there really anything we can do to prevent this? At the end of the day all the developer cares about is that next dollar.

I don't want anymore subdivisions in our nice and pretty farmland. It is already crowded enough in Murfreesburo, we need to keep our rural areas rural.

We moved to Eagleville to get away from urban living stress…and enjoy a relaxed rural, farming lifestyle.
I disapprove of this community being built
