I would like the Town Board to defer a decision until the community has more of an opportunity to weigh in and consider all the implications of the proposed changes. The fact that this has been reviewed by the Planning Commission should not be used as an excuse that this is too late in the review process to pump the brakes.

Three and four story buildings along the entrances into town and around downtown would also make us look like I remember gatlinburg TN looking forty years ago. I have not been there since then.

I oppose Ordinance 17-24 it WILL take away the charm of Estes Park.
