I am opposed to Ordinance 17-24. I was opposed years ago when they wanted to build the art building downtown on the dark side of Elkhorn.

So much of our quaint mountain town already been destroyed in the name of “progress”. Knock it off!

Re-zoning without public comment is not acceptable. Remember when we had "viewing corridors"? This is just pandering to developers. Remember the issues with a developer on Peak View? Residents will call you out on this, justifiably so.

Please do not ruin the natural beauty and open space of Estes Park by over-developing and eliminating the vistas, by devaluing nature, as greedy, environmentally irresponsible developers have done to so many beautiful, incomparable places and to the precious wildlife inhabitants. Once the space is ruined, it cannot be reclaimed.

Please do not allow this rezoning proposal. It will do nothing to improve our wonderful community.

Stop over-developing our little town. We do not want stores, houses, apartments, and condos in every single corner of Estes, particularly when they are multi story eye sores.

I am opposed to the re-zoning of all non-residential areas of the Town to allow bypassing existing procedures and developing 4-story and higher density mixed use projects in all non-residential zones. (Proposed Ordinance 17-24).

Please vote "No" on doing away with height restrictions in all areas excepting residential. Thank you

Visitation is out of control and shows no signs of slowing down. Traffic, supermarket lines, paid parking, timed entry permits, etc have destroyed the character of this once charming community.
