I vehemently oppose this proposed change in the Development Code. This is not sustainable.

Zoning exists for a reason, to ensure consistency of architecture, harmony with the landscape, and protection of property values. Commercially developed workforce housing in random locations would destroy the quaint feeling that makes Estes Park special.

Let's keep Estes Park as small and beautiful as possible. Stop letting a few selfish people make decisions regarding projects that affect us all.

Keep this town its beautiful and quaint self. This is why we live here. If we wanted hustle and bustle we would have bought in a major city.

I am opposed to this proposal. I think it will destroy the charm of Estes Park and cause problems for the town that no one is considering. In the meantime end this will only benefit developers and harm everyone else. Look at any city in Colorado that has experienced growth based on this kind of proposal.

This nearly "anything goes" proposed ordinance is not in the community's best interest...unless Estes is aiming to be the new Houston or Las Vegas.

Total against this. I am one of the home owners looking at the 3 story eye sore on HWY 7 that took all my views away even after all the residence had voted against it. City does what ever they want. I vote NO

4 stories high may be acceptable in a few places, but certainly not in every space other than residential !
