The number of homes in the current plan is the same as the previous plan, the setbacks and density has not changed. The average price per square foot is much greater than the current phases.

The current proposal is the same density per acre as the existing zoning, no homes have been added to the application - no additional density is requested.

The homes proposed would sell at a much higher price per square foot, the impact on values would be positive.

The Sternberg Act has been repealed. We do meet the requirements set forth in the Johns Creek application.

The proposed zoning is the same density that is currently zoned. No more homes are being requested in this modification.

I have met with and answered every question asked in multiple meetings. You may not agree with our strategy, but we have been 100% transparent.

No is my answer. Stop manipulate the bellmoore park neighbors and please keep your personal integrity and basic morale so you know whatever the decision whoever made is towards the good of the most people.not to the money diggers who dare to sacrifice the most neighbor's benefits!

TPG hasn't been transparent as homeowners have purchased homes in this subdivision. Not the right location nor community for 55+.

The Providence Group should be held to the original zoning conditions for Bellmoore Park that they agreed to at its initial approval by the city of Johns Creek.

I do not suppose the rezoning and adding ranch homes in my neighborhood.

We oppose this rezoning. It is inconsistent with what has been communicated to us while purchasing the property and will impact the home values in and around Bellmoore Park.

Absolutely not. This is not what's best for Johns Creek! Enough!
