Enough is enough. These developers need to STOP coming back using new tactics to pad their pockets by trying to add high density housing AFTER the fact. This is a waste of council time and that of residents having to be forever vigilant in trying to protect their home values!

The variances requested by TPG do not meet the Steinberg Act, and granting the requested waivers would negatively impact adjacent owners' property values. If we're serious about protecting the integrity of our residential neighborhoods, the requested waivers should be denied.
