We’re opposed to this new proposal. It would bring down the value of the homes in the area.

This proposed rezoning is unacceptable. It is not what was agreed to when this massive development was first announced. Allowing higher density development in this location will only serve to enhance developers’ profits, with a significant worsening of traffic and property values in the surrounding area.

These continues zoning variance requests are degrading our community, property value, and increasing traffic. It is completely unacceptable and I would hope the committee would listen to its citizens.

Was at first meeting for approval of Bellmore Park. It seems like they are always trying to push there agenda and not worry about surrounding neighborhoods.

They try to manipulate the city, the Bellemoore residents and the citizens who live around the neighborhood. It has been like this from Day 1.
