Please protect the Value and intentions of those who already purchased in this neighborhood. This is a bait and switch by providence group

This has happened to me years ago in a subdivision in Gwinnett Cty. Killed the value of our home and we sold it at a loss.

Time to stop the Developers from running and ruining the City of Johns Creek.

John’s Creek needs to stop tearing apart our zoning requirements and establishing new precedents, or we won’t have a city left

As a realtor who sold a home in Bellmoore, this is most unfair and will impact the value of the homes already built.

I oppose decreasing home size and value and restricting the age and creating a retirement neighborhood

Not fair for the people who have already bought in Bellemore. We need to preserve the home values in Johns Creek.

I oppose the rezoning because my home value will decrease.

No legitimate reason to change current zoning.
