I agree with this petition. The land use should match existing nearby neighborhoods. We hope to have the same support when Padgett Pines is up for development. Thank you.

Please do not allow this resining to happen, it will negatively affect our property value & increase traffic in the area & we cannot afford more traffic in this area until the county or Feds expand roads in the area!

Bell Lake Rd is not the appropriate place for this type of development. The infrastructure cannot support it. Bell Lake is narrow and dangerous enough as it is without adding more traffic to it.
