Too much development in this area during the past 3 decades. This area is not appropriate for further development as requested. As others have noted. it is a narrow road, not viable for additional traffic. And even if they widened the road, it would ruin the quiet charm of the area.

This road is not ready for this.

I oppose this rezoning request on previously stated objections plus I note that the current narrow infrastructure will not support additional traffic on Alpine especially which is currently falling apart, very narrow and because it has no sidewalks would be increasingly dangerous for locals who walk their animals along that route. School busses pick up children on this narrow road which adjoins this property and would lead to a more dangerous situation than already exists.

Bell Lake Rd. nor Hale rd. are built to sustain the amount of traffic that is on it today, let alone a whole other subdivision’s worth of people.

Preserve the natural rural feel to this area and keep more cars off an already overcrowded condition

Too many units and insufficient roads to carry load.
