Please Do Not approve this rezoning for the development of more homes in such a small piece of land. Keep it as R1 zone. Traffic is already bad on Bell Lake and on Collier Parkway where it exits. I moved to this area because it has that country feel; please keep it that way by denying this rezoning. Thanks

Already enough housing developments, traffic, and congestion that make driving dangerous and roads I'll equipped to handle the chaos. Have some control and common sense with the out if control building.

The traffic in this area is dangerous and getting worse. A park or wildlife sanctuary would be the wisest choice for this land. The animals around here are losing their habitats at a rapid rate. No more development!

We have way too much traffic as is - we don't need anymore. Greed has taken over.

Pasco County roads cannot handle the current population and homeowners. Adding more homes adds 2 to 4 cars per home. The intersection of 54 and Collier cannot handle the current traffic as it is. Please stop any additional building in this area!

Keep our neighborhood less congested and over populated. Keep our little piece of country feeling.
