Concerned about the rezoning, trying to change the normal mandated guidelines for this area that I adhere and agree to when I moved here in 1992. Based on info and the chance of renters ( Not homeowners ) not having a vested interested in their investment could have a negative impact on My future property value. And heaven forbid the inherent criminal element that may accrue. Zoning should remain the same R1 with their mandates.

I oppose the rezoning of this property due to safety concerns from additional vehicular trips on the un-improved rural roads

It was zoned that way for a reason. If we continue to overturn these zoning restrictions, this will cease to be a community of choice to existing and future residents.

Good luck we had a nice showing of people who spoke at the county meeting for the atrocity they have done to Wisteria and it made no difference. Hope we aren’t flooded back here next summer after they have dug a retention pond and built their land up. I’m sad every time I leave our neighborhood now. They completely mutilated the property and are going to call it a “Preserve.” It’s ridiculous. It is NOT what the neighbors wanted. Not one of us. But the county has grand plans. They don’t care what the people who have been here for 40 years or more want.

There are no other rental communities in this area. Even Chelsea Meadows , which was once apartments , has been condo for a long time.

This will add congestion on 41 and degrade our neighborhood's property values. Please stop this.

Please do not re-zone. Bell Lake Rd cannot handle the additional traffic and this change in zoning would drastically increase the density of the area. There is literally no room for this.

This would bring too much population and housing density thand the area was designed for.
