The size and closeness of homes have kept my family out of the market. Please don’t approve this. These land grabs need to be stopped.

Leave the land as it is. Already too much traffic and we don’t need to bring any more housing. Bought over here because homes are not on top of one another like some places

I am very disappointed that they want to bring in a rental community

I oppose the rezoning of the land. It would take away from the natural, rural feel of the area.

The subdivision will cause a severe traffic and pedestrian problem in the area. The proposed set back and rental community will have a huge impact on the value of the current homes. I strongly oppose the rezoning.

First, the size of the proposed lots/houses would be in stark contrast with the current development and feel of the surrounding area.
Second, the street infrastructure cannot support the current housing traffic and through traffic already entering it. Bell Lake Rd has had a upgrade project in the works since 2013 or before to handle current conditions. The project STILL has not been completed...this included installing a sidewalk for safety. This project will not widen or increase the lanes on Bell Lake or any surrounding roads, so capacity will still be limited.

The size of the planned homes is inconsistent with the homes in the surrounding communities. This area is mostly rural and it should remain the same. A subdivision with tightly-packed houses for rental purposes is simply not acceptable.

This is good for no one. Access/egress and drainage! Not sure what is going through the mind of the investors. If they get the zoning changed and sell the parcel, can yet another investor buy and the further request even more? Please vote no...

I've been here for 25+ years and it is insane how much this area has grown. The schools and roads do not support the development of the area.
