Bell lake does not need a higher density of people and no mobile homes. There is enough unkept areas in LOL.

I oppose on the zoning. We have enough traffic in our area. We need side walks & better lighting on Bell Lake.

Bell Lake Road is over capacity. There is no room to make the necessary improvements. The land should be developed low density to remain consistent with the neighborhood while reducing the stress on the community's infrastructure.

Bell lake road has enough congestion now, adding more and there are no side walks, no signal lights. To much speeding and no support for that already.

We need to ensure property values for our homes.

We do NOT need high density housing on Bell Lake and Alpine and the reason the zoning should not change is that neither Bell Lake or Alpine road are suited for more traffic.

I do not agree with the zoning change. The Bell Lake Rd construction promises need to be met before anything should be considered

I oppose this zoning change. This plan doesn't include anything to address the issues on Bell Lake Rd with drainage or safe walking paths and the added traffic will severely impact the property values.

Please protect the area as it is.

This area will become too congested for the area, and will significantly lower the values of the homes! STOP!! Use a vacant lot or empty mall somewhere else!
