We oppose the lot sizes, number of homes and the desire to rent these homes. They are non-conforming to existing homes and lot sizes.

Development is good when there is adequate infrastructure in place to support it. This proposal will place too many additional cars on the local roads that are already overloaded.

Please stop over developing pasco county. Fix the roads and traffic before bringing in more.

Yet another blunder by Pasco County. Growth is a good thing, but Pasco government is learning how to manage it too late. The county will be ruined if this continues. These types of developments are prone to severe depreciation in the long term.
