If this is same person who attacked women in Greyton last year, HE must NOT get bail under any circumstances. He must be locked away in a Mental establishment!

Hoping that the magistrate will critically listen to the arguments. To garnt bail, the applicant must convince the magistrate that he or she will not run away, not be a danger to others, will not any commit further crime, and will not intimidate any witness in the case.
The argument must be convincingly without any doubt

Re offenders are growing more and more violent. Small communities like ours need to ship these guys out of Greyton, ban them from returning to live here. Sick of it. Now our female residents are terrified of walking alone anywhere. We do not want him back! Jail and no bail!

Dont grant bail. Seriousness of offence. Likelihood of custodial sentence and therefore likely that he will abscond

Shocking and would be a crime to release the culprit on bail.
