Traffic and congestion have already made this part of town incredibly dangerous for driving and pedestrians particularly in the high season. We are adamantly opposed to adding more traffic and to the destruction of more of our dwindling woodland.

Should this development happen it will have a major negative impact on a large area. There are plenty of other available lots on which new residential developments can be placed.

Why do they need 26 units? Since 1981 when I bought my house I have had 4 cars in my front yard. I live at 65 East Ave it has become a speed way all year round. We don’t need 56 more cars speeding on it. Also why the phony name of Avondale Heights? No way is any part of East Ave part of Avondale.
