This proposal in no way, helps the intended vision of the 20/40 WCCP. In fact, with all it’s required variances, it flies in the face of it. This is all about profit for one person, the applicant. In addition, the slope is exactly what was seen in the recent South Rd. debacle.

I babysit 3 kids in this area on Pickering Drive that this project will directly impact. There are so many people that’s I see walking on East Ave and this project is being placed right before a curve on the road which is extremely dangerous. Not to mention this is historic land and by placing house on this land it will then lose that significant historical aspect!
