BOS, what are you thinking? This proposal is ridiculous. Not only are you overpaying for the land, but you are developing an historic village using a developer who cares little about history and the community. Stop the madness!

This is not a good idea. Jack Andrews is not a good partner. He has had his sights on Aldie, his business practices are questionable at best. We should not be supporting him with taxpayer money. Leave Aldie & St. Louis alone.

We strongly oppose this bad deal for the citizens of Loudoun and the western Loudoun community. Yes, protect St. Louis, but don't sacrifice Aldie, the gateway to rural western Loudoun, to do it. Especially to profit THIS developer!!!

As secretary/treasurer of the Aldie Water Company I have concerns about the impact of this project on the aquifer from which we draw our water. Since the AWC serves most of the Village of Aldie west of Little River, any impact on our water supply could leave 40 families and businesses without an adequate supply of potable water.
