Oppose the DEA's Proposal on Reduced Opioid Production

I full agree with this I suffer from rsd and people with chronic issues should not be punished by the stupidity of the younger generation.

I suffer from chronic pain and fybromyalgia and I have a morphine pain pump implanted in my side,I need the Medication in my pump to help the pain. Living everyday in pain that is so bad that you can't get out of bed is miserable. Please dont take away something that makes it possible for what helps people that live pain free.

These meds help many of those in pain have a pain level low enough for live to be livable

I have RSD, CRPS. I am not an addict but do depend, responsibily, on medications for pain. Please don't lump us with addicts and destroy our quality of life. We are separate and need to be treated as so. We want to live and enjoy life and at times may need pain medication. Our lives are hard enough...please don't add to struggle to LIVE.

Why do those of us who suffer daily with horrendous pain have to be made to suffer even more because junkies are misusing their medicine.. we are the ones who suffer yet we are the ones who are treated like criminals.. It's time to take a good look at the people who really need these medicines to have some quality of life and put us ahead of all the junkies who are helping to ruin our lives even more!!

This is a real,tragedy fix it.

Do not minimize the production. Don't let chronic pain sufferers like us fall through the cracks!!

Being diagnosed with an incurable disease that sadly creates the most higher form of pain level known in history .., make me realize , if there less and less meds to treat my chronic illnesses I won't stand a chance to recover .., I want my Life back , don't thank away what works for us !!!

There chronic pain paitents that need these medications it's not fair that people that need these medications to live a somewhat normal life have to suffer because of people that abuse them.

This is only making it hard on those of us that have no choice but to use these medicines. Most of us could not even get up and have a life without them. Those that use them illegally will always find a way and we would not be able to use them ourselves.

In consultation with my doctor we've determined part of my treatment plan needs to include opioid medication. Making these medications harder to access for people whose quality of live depends on them is immoral. This should be a decision between patients and doctors and not the government.

Please do not make it harder for those who need opiates to survive a life of extreme pain....improve mental health options rather than reducing opiate options.

I been orderd to cut down on my NSAID I take per day because of complications they cause. I need the hydrocodone to help reduce the intensity of the pain. Best combination to battle my Rsd of the face is my advil and norco. I am not a drug addict and I would for go all my med for a cure.

I have a severe chronic pain disease that needs to be treated with an opiate! Until you live with this disease you should not judge me!!!!

No one with chronic pain from diseases such as CRPS should be forced to be in pain. Study up people!! This is more painful than cancer or amputation. Why should a person with a legitimate very painful disease be forced to suffer to the point of suicide?

I suffer with two nerve diseases, which is no cure for... I am alergic to so many things, almost all pain meds. Norco is thing only thing that I am not alergic to. I do not use it excessively , so that I don't become addicted. I suffer and push through pain was every day but when I have a major flare, I do take it as prescribed by my Dr. I do NOT abuse this drug nor any others. I do NOT like taking any medications but in order to live my life , outside of the home once in awhile, yes I use my pain pills because after a few hours out , trying to enjoy a little bit of life, I suffer for the next 3-4 days or longer , meaning I don't leave the house because I am physically not capable. #PainPatientsNotAddicts. Long term opioid treatment is vital to managing CRPS and preserving the minimal quality of life we can only hope to salvage.

Dont you know about CRPS? These people with real intractable pain will commit suicide without these. Do you want that on your conscience? You will always find people who will get them on the street.
