I am strongly opposed to the Evans Farm apartment complex. It will change the entire landscape of the area and I do not want that kind of development near my home. It will not be safe. This is not right! Build high end single family homes instead.

I oppose The Evans Farm apartment development proposal due to its negative impact on the already heavily used road systems and infrastructure systems. Individual homes would be a better alternative for this property as it is surrounded by existing home developments.

My husband and I saved for years to purchase our beautiful property in Oceanview right next to the gorgeous wildlife refuge feild where this apartment complex is proposed to be built!!! This will crush our Coumminty, wildlife, safety, roads and our home values!!!!
Oceanview is the safest community in Sussex county, but it won’t be if these apartments are built!!!!!
Please Keep our Coumminty safe and valuable to all of us who live here and Please rule against this project.

I live right next to the property and every time it rains even just a little bit the feild turns into a lake and floods my property severely and the water in the culvert don’t drain for at least a week or more!!!! There is nowhere for the water to go!!!!
The roads are congested as is and dangerous for our children and animals due to the speeding.
The type of apartment building that is proposed will definitely lower all of our property values.
Note; Oceanview was the safest community in Sussex county!
Please Keep our Coumminty safe and rule against this project.

I am opposed to the proposed building of apartments at the Evans Farm in Ocean View. The roads in this area cannot handle the additional traffic that this type of complex would undoubtedly generate.

We would rather see something more appropriate to our single family home area.

This area cannot accommodate a 200 unit apt complex. The infrastructure cannot support it. The roads will be complete grid lock. It will not be safe.

The Evans Farm apartments would have a serious impact on the density, traffic, schools, water drainage and noise within the Ocean View communities. Individual homes would be a better alternative for this planned community.

Traffic in area is already much to heavy. The roads cannot accommodate this kind of increased volume.
