Traffic is already a disaster on Old Mill Road at the light at 26, especially in the summer. The infrastructure can’t support more traffic

This won't stay as green space, but this project needs to be trimmed down. Will cause problems on our small roads. And of course, the animals will have less living space too. Terrible what the powers that be continue to allow.

Traffic is horrible now - adding 300-400 more cars would make it horrendous! Infrastructure cannot handle this. Stop the outlandish overdevelopment!

Will create too much traffic in an already heavy traffic area.

I oppose this 200 apartment complex. Our town is going to be overcrowd and also the animals will have no where to go.

Our infrastructure isn't sufficient as it is. An approval to this project will do us in. Is greed the purpose for this? We are an area truly busting at the seams. We are called the Family Resort and that has been a drawl to this area, but with more people - one on top of another, there's more traffic congestion, then more traffic lanes, and on top of that larger schools will have to be built. Why do we have to change the Family Resort to look like any other beach town? Why not consider placing this apartment project near Seaford where the new Amazon facility is being built?

The roads cannot handle the overload caused by this building.

The roads are not designed to handle heavy traffic, no sidewalks to the Main Street from all homes. It’s about safety and health of our community
