Old Mill Road is already too heavily trafficed. It is also regularly used by bicyclists. More cars will only make this a more dangersous place to ride. Additionally, the impact on the environment by adding 200 more living units would also be a negative change to what is already becoming an over-developed area.

What is really needed is environmental conservation to protect the wildlife and neighbors, definitely NOT an apartment complex!

I oppose The Evans Farm apartment development proposal due to its negative impact on the already heavily used road systems and infrastructure systems. Individual homes would be a better alternative for this property as it is surrounded by existing home developments.

This apartment complex will bring heavy congestion that the area's infrastructure is unable to support. It will not enhance the landscape and the development of this kind...vs single family homes. .will wreak havoc to the areas ability to have appropriate runoffs during rainstorms. .

I don't understand why you would consider apartments so close to the resort area , it would seem to me that more of the same as in Bay Forest would be better suited for that area to preserve the property values and tax revenue. The reason we and most people have property in Ocean View is because of the way it has kept that small town appeal , it concerns me that this will impact the area in a negative way . I would think that this property would command a much more desirable use than apartments . Watch the news and take notice to the destruction of our communities on a daily basis , you can still save Ocean View and keep it the way it was intended to be . Please consider rejecting this project , we are running out of neighborhoods and small towns like Ocean View.

The main issue is infrastructure. Old Mill and the Old Mill/ Atlantic Ave intersection are already over taxed and adding 200 units of housing will exacerbate the problem. And typically improvements to infrastructure follow the need. They are not done in advance. So after construction of the complex it could be years of congestion before improvements are approved and completed.

This project will contribute to the already overtaxed infrastructure. The traffic on Old Mill and surrounding roads is already too much for the current roads to bear. Adding a high density residential area will have huge negative impact on the current system.

Area is currently overcrowded. Also there are enough developments currently in process. Community does not need more housing.
