This area can’t bear the burden of 200 apts which may equate to 200 minimum vehicles to possibly 400 vehicles it would be nice to have nature preserve!

This area is already slated for too much development. The roads cannot handle the traffic now. Flooding is a huge concern as best practices are not mandated in any of the new construction that is approved.

I am very concerned about storm water issues. My property is only 3 lots away from the edge of the proposed ephemeral wetlands construction site at the northeast corner of the Evans Farm property.

Main concern is storm water drainage.As someone who’s property has had four to six inches of water on 75% of my property (including under my mobile home )for sometimes four to five days at a time.The drainage system on Railway avenue is old and being fixed by Deldot on a as needed basis,(my opinion)If this project goes through I would prefer condos over rental properties.thank you.

Enough building is going on and the infrastructure can’t handle it. Don’t make it worse with a complex of this size. You know well the rents will not be affordable for us locals.

Absolutely not to this degradation of life project! Every major connecting road through Ocean View now is a total nightmare during the season. We don't need a multi-story apartment complex to further erode the full time locals quality of life.

PLEASE let this beautiful environment live and thrive. No more building and degradation of this precious land mass. The attraction to this area more than anything is the aesthetics it offers. Don't take it away by building an obnoxious apartment structure where it just doesn't fit in.

I oppose the development of the Evans Farm property with 200 additional residents in this space. This type of dwelling is not appropriate nor will the infrastructure be able to support cars, traffic and environmental issues, etc.

Apartment complexes of this size should be located on or near major highways and public transportation. There is only one traffic light at a failing intersection at Old Mill and Rt 26 for all the present heavy summer and year round traffic. Old Mill also has a number of bicyclists, walkers pushing baby strollers, and handicapped wheelchair residents who currently must use the narrow traffic lanes night and day due to the absence of berms and sidewalks.

Proposed development is inappropriately located on the Evans Farm. While higher density development is appropriate from a planning and land-use standpoint, it is highly inappropriate at the Evans Farm location due to inadequate public facilities, particularly from a traffic standpoint. Old Mill Rd. currently suffers from significant backups and presents sight distance issues due to its winding nature. Additional traffic volume will only make this a more dangerous traffic situation. From a planning standpoint this can not be considered "Smart Growth" at the proposed location.
