I oppose the Evans Farm Development. The development would negatively impact the neighborhood with crowded roads, environmental issues and safety concerns.

I oppose this effort especially due to the increased traffic and danger this poses to walking on Railway and impact to the wildlife, and water runoffs that will be created.

This project is wrong in so many ways. One of my main concerns is the increase in traffic to the area. In addition there are no safe areas around for people to walk, run, or ride their bikes.

The Planned Development and land use of the property known as the Evans Farm will adversely affect my financial future and quality of life. The traffic on Railway Road and Old Mill is already at a high level . Putting 300 extra vehicles on these roadways will create havoc .Please consider an alternative site for this type of high density development for the sake of myself and my neighbors. Thank you , Mark Willoughby

I oppose the proposed building of apartments
Single family housing is good., if all the remaining space has to be built on.
I also think this is a "feel good" petition and none of our voices count. The infra structure is not in place to handle the additional traffic and a retirement haven has gone down the toilet because of greed. 200 apartments or much fewer single family homes.
