OPPOSE 200 Apartments @ Evans Farm Apartment Complex

200 units on these small streets is ridiculous. The impact would be horrible.

The proposed development will adversely affect the safety, prosperity and welfare of all the existing and future communities

Unfettered growth cannot continue. This projects poses overcrowding and flooding issues.

Please do not allow this structure to be built. It will impact all the current residence living in the surrounding communities A much better project needs to be considered for this community.. single family homes would be a better option

I am opposed to this development. No Multi family housing should be built. Single family housing only on this area.

We moved here 7 years ago - the pace of development since then has been worrisome. Road conditions, wildlife habitats, traffic, schools- those are all very serious concerns. My major fear is water- sea levels are rising, storms are getting more destructive and more frequent. Water has to go somewhere. The more construction displaces land and trees, the more we in this area are all at risk of being flooded out. The difference since 2014 is already noticeable.

Strongly oppose the development of this land. This development will destroy wildlife habitat and traditional flight patterns for geese and other migrating birds.

We do not need high density apartments at the corner of Old Mill Rd and Railway Rd. The infrastructure will not support a poposal like this one.

This is not the right site for a 200 unit apartment complex. We are at capacity now and we keep building. Eventually we will have to walk everywhere since the road will be so congested. There should be a moratorium on building in Sussex Countu.

I am opposed to the development of Evans Farm. Roads must be done first.

The infrastructure is not there

I oppose the development of Evans Farm. Development of this open ground means more congestion of our roads, more possibilities of our communities flooding due to run off instead of it being absorbed, plus adding to our carbon foot print.

Do not build any further until the roads ..websites ...and electric utilities can handle the work load.

Why do we need more traffic, people, congestion.

We oppose the development for reasons presented by the community associations.
