Colac needs a shop like target - it supports locals and other retailers with its presence. Not having it will reduce Colac to more of a ghost town

Please reconsider your decision to close the Colac Target store and rebrand it as a Kmart. I am an elderly lady and will have no access to cloths shopping and this will impact on my independence of living in my home and looking after myself.
