Possible simple solution: Lock key fobs, prepare a Release for those homeowners who want to use the pool to sign releasing HOA from any liability, activate those persons key fobs.

I believe the neighborhood pool should be opened asap . If there are liability concerns ask homeowners to sign a waiver.

Don't believe HOA is taking into account all other HOA pools in the area that are opening within 1 mile . Restaurants, youth sports, etc are opening too. There has to be another option.

The pool needs to open or I expect refunds on the pool HOA dues.
I’ll sign a waiver if necessary.
