I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of these shifts cutting into the precious few hours we get to spend with our families. Staying consistent with a one to four schedule is a simple change that would give us all back a piece of our personal lives.

Seeing so many of my colleagues jump behind this idea proves how much we all need these extra hours back with our families. I am stunned by this momentum and ready to take our message to the boards now.

AGREED. 1-4 all year long would make life so much simpler.
Work life balance is basically non existent in this job. lets get this approved.
1-4 is way better for everyone. i hate having to stay out until 5 on sundays when the sun is already low.
Finally some common sense. My family misses me on sundays because I cant get home until almost 6.
I end up sitting in an empty house for that last hour anyway. no one shows up past 430 typically.

Yes please. It is way too confusing for clients when we switch it up every year. consistency is key.
