We would like to see Lake Manassas open to the public for limited recreational use.

No excuse not to open it. The terrorism excuse is rediculous, 100 streams flow into the lake, just let the people enjoy it.

Very few outdoor activities in prince William county. And the ones there are we pay twice. Once in taxes and twice for entry fees. Tied of paying taxes for a private lake I can’t use.

Since we moved to apt Wm Co we've been sad about how few water recreation options there are. Even hiking or biking around a lake is refreshing, & my family would certainly appreciate that option!

As long as an the environmental integrity is maintained and dollars are put forth to preserve and regulate the ecology and the exploitation of nature and pollution prevention in a cooperative and responsible mannner I believe it will be beneficial from a sociological and economical perspective to the surrounding county residents and travelers alike.

Use of public funds for non public usage is unacceptable. You want taxpayers to fund this, open it up to taxpayers.

I would support opening the lake back up and would even support permits for boats as long as they are reasonably priced and readily available.

Kayaking and fishing = great exercise and positive mental health. Just what our area and nation needs. I'm very disappointed in PWC for contributing negatively to society this way.
It would be easy to find volunteers to monitor rule followers rather than pay police to enforce trespassers.
