I’m definitely exploring my other options now. Wynn & Mlife are matching tier status until end of 2022! 7* & diamond elite qualify for their top tier status’

It was always a nice way to take a break. Also buffets should get opened. There's no consistency property to property.

We can not wait for the laurel lounge to be open.
Reasons:
Employ all the wonderful people who work there
When I’m there I need the time to relax before to continue playing
Spent time with other players
Everything else is open please do not make this decision on thinking only about $$$$

Norma, Joaquín , Mario , Jeff, Michael , and all the great staff .. please open the Laurel Lounge it’s been long enough .. sincerely a 7 star member wife

Please open Laurel Lounges where they are not currently open. 7* club members have had benefits removed as well as Diamond members, Many fellow 7* members are considering leaving Caesars properties. I understand the new owners want to save money, but cutting corners on you largest gamblers does not make sense. I have been to the new ownership casinos and was not impressed, they were dirty. No wonder they wanted to acquire CE properties.

My wife and i are both Diamond plus and the Laurel lounges are one of the best benefits, especially in Vegas. They are also one of the prime reasons we gamble at Caesar properties. If this benefit is gone no reason to concentrate at Caesars ; we will expand to other casinos. We have are first trip back to vegas scheduled for Oct, We hope they are opened by then

The Lounges are THE reason why I play at Caesars properties. I can gamble anywhere, I can drink anywhere ... but the Laurel Lounges offered an exclusive respite from the action. A chance to reset, regroup, re-energize. The exclusivity of the Laurel Lounges is what made Caesars properties unique. Without it there is no reason to continue playing at Caesars. If the Laurel Lounges reopen then I'll remain loyal to Caesars.
