My husband and I have both been Diamond/Diamond Plus members for over ten years. We live in Phoenix and have been loyal patrons at Ak-Chin, Laughlin, and Las Vegas. The Laurel Lounges, at all these locations, have always been an important part of our visits. For instance, a trip to Vegas would not be complete without seeing Norma and Mario at the Paris Laurel Lounge.
I strongly recommend that you announce the opening of the Laurel Lounges very soon. Like many of our friends and relatives, we have been waiting to see when or if you plan to open the Lounges before we return. We are currently retired, ready, willing, and able to get back to these locations.

We would love going to the Diamond Lounge at Paris Las Vegas. The best server was Norma, she was always kind and helpful. We hope to go back and enjoy our favorite spot soon.

I’m from Canada and go to Vegas twice a year and enjoy going into the Laurel lounge . Besides providing a relaxing atmosphere the snacks are enjoyable. The drinks are special but mainly the staff are amazing . Heading to Vegas an hope this perk will still be available.

The Diamond lounge is one of the reasons I visit the casino a lot. But since there closed, I don’t go half as much now

It is time for the bean counters to realize that even though the lounges are not a direct revenue space, they generate untold sums of money through player loyalty. These are you best and most loyal customers. Many seven star and diamond players that I personally know and have spoken with, want to continue to enjoy the camaraderie that the lounges provide. And it's not just about the free drinks, although we all know it is often the booze that is the lubricant for free and easy gambling. The lounges are like old Vegas, where everyone knows you like family, and you can catch a break and tune up again for the casino floor.
So open the lounges. It is the chief benefit that separates you from other loyalty programs. Otherwise, why bother with Caesars ever again?

Absolutely agree with all of this. We were in Vegas in May and NOT the same without the Paris Laurel Lounge opened. The Paris lobby bar was a disaster. Didn't get waited on for 45 minutes. We had high roller MLife players that stay at Bellagio with us and it was embarrassing.
And open Lake Tahoe Harrahs and Harveys too! Change it to Diamond Plus or Diamond Elite if you need. Just re-open.

As the Head Butler of the Diamond Lounge It's been suggested by many guest's that we shall be back in buisness as soon as possible.
