I represent 4 diamond plus/elite members and people are just not coming back if lounges arent open, they feel it was part of the deal when losing 10's of thousands to get to plus. let alone 7star. Why isnt it back in Vegas?

It is one of the reasons I am exclusively gaming at Caesars Resorts properties because of the amenities INCLUDING the Laurel Lounges. I had a friend introduce me to the venue and I was inspired and motivated to get my Diamond card... BRING IT BACK, PLEASE!

open the lounges.. I love going there to unwind and get away from gambling for a few minutes.... the 4 free drinks dont do the trip... please please please reopen them...

Never took advantage of this benefit! Just a nice place to relax & have delicious appetizers & a couple drinks in a nice atmosphere!

We will not be going back to Vegas until the Diamond/Laurel lounges reopen. The experience is just not the same.

Please reopen the Laurel Lounges. I live in Omaha and the ones in Council Bluffs have been open most of the time. There is not reason to have them closed in Las Vegas!

Yes, please open the Laurel Lounges at Paris-Bally's/Caesar's Palace/Planet Hollywood. This is an EARNED and VERY IMPORTANT PERK to me! Caesar's Las Vegas has also NOT put Coffee makers back into the hotel rooms. This is another VERY important PERK to me. Laurel Lounges are open at other Casear Properities ie: Cherokee, Joliet, etc and have been. Again, this is an EARNED perk ... and as a Seven Star I pay dearly for it. It's my personal opinion that Caesar's is being "cheap", "very cheap" ... and as a long time shareholder of Caesar's as well ... The new management thinks they "give" Seven Star's way too much ?!? We ARE the business ... the VALUE of a SEVEN STAR is priceless. Your going to lose them to other's ie: MGM as they will match tier status. Please bring back the Laurel lounges in Las Vegas ..... all my Seven Star friends, myslef included have been told the Laurel Lounges will never re-open again ........
