Open The CAESARS Laurel Lounges

I have tried for multiple years to reach Diamond status and mainly to enjoy the Laurel Lounge benefits at my local Casino.

The credits are not even close. As a diamond member I have always enjoyed the lounges to be able to sit back and watch sports and have a drink. Horrible decision to close IMO. A nice benefit that goes a long way. I know people who want to get diamond just so they can have access to the lounges.

We enjoy the Laurel Lounges. We drink and have some food which is better than hanging out in a bar. It is nice to pop in and out at our convenience. We go to nice restaurants several times each trip but $150 to $250 per meal is too much of a production for every meal and it takes up too much of our gambling time - and we gamble a bunch. There are other casinos with perks!

What’s the point of being a Diamond or Seven Star if you can’t get any incentives anymore.

How about just free drinks and snacks get rid of the food

They are giving you all kind of ways to get to any status you want. The problem is, what does it do for you? They are gambling that people will come regardless. That works till the government stops passing out fake money. I was in Lake Tahoe and had to leave a message to get a host. Never got a call back! I am not begging for nothing. They can take the lounge and stick it up there azz. I will pay for my drinks and save my money at the same time. Their casinos are in 3rd world areas. I hope this makes all the upper tier wake up. They are trying to get the 3rd world to diamond and then pull the rug. Sears, Kmart and many more tried it. The End

I believe that the new management of Caesars Entertainment is walking over dollars to save pennies. Personally I would eliminate the hot food in the lounge to save money.

It took 2 cards, 1 Diamond Elite & 1 Diamond Plus (EARNED status not matched) to get the weekend comped at crappy Bally’s. Couldn’t even get housekeeping service! Ridiculous. Used to get comp weekends with each individual card separately at PH. No Laurel Lounges open, crappy rooms- we spent our $ last trip at Wynn & Mandalay & got tier matches! PS-Resorts World already emailed that they’d match any FP or room comp offers from other strip properties. Try Cosmopolitan too! That’s where I’ll be staying next to use my 3 comp nts. Screw El Dorado/Caesar’s!!!

For me, the lounges are a main benefit that separates Caesars Rewards from the other player card programs. All of them offer money off, reduced/free hotel stays, free gifts, but the lounges are a great perk that only Caesars has. It is a difference maker! If they remain closed, then one more reason to look at other players programs.

please open these lounges. many of your workers are unemployed and this was a great perk for us. all other casino s in Atlantic city have clubs caesars properties have nothing. / Many of my friends have moved to other houses. what ashame. blame it on the hedge funds,.

The Laurel Lounges are a nice escape from the noisy casino. They are a great place to take a friend to….something a bit special. I have hunk Caesars Entertainment may lose thousands of players to the competition if they don’t re-open the lounges.

The Laurel Lounge is a nice perk, appreciated by many players. It provides a welcome break from the gambling floor. Chatting with Richard at the Caesars Palace lounge and Vera at the Harrahs Lake Tahoe lounge brings interesting conversation. Also mixing it up with other staff and guests is fun. Food is ok, very good some days, average others. For breaks during the loss of the lounge we return to our room or venture outside. Heading outside at times leads to getting a refresh by walking to adjacent properties, Caesars loss. If you constantly gamble for hours on end and don’t take breaks, it might not be missed. Could be what is now wanted by Caesars, though think this is not the majority of gamblers and the loss of your Diamond members will be felt eventually. Whoever is crunching the numbers should look into the many intangibles within their algorithmic minds. Note that it isn’t too difficult to get comped rooms at other casinos.

I became diamond during COVID and Sun haven’t been inside the lounge

After a recent visit to the Row in Reno, if that’s any indication of what we can expect of properties run by the Eldorado Resort, Inc. (now named Caesars Entertainment, Inc.), I think that long term Caesar players are in for a major disappointment. The standards we are used to just aren’t there. I understand that due to the COVID, businesses are struggling to properly staff their facilities. However, when visiting Caesars Palace and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe last year/early this year, prior to Caesars selling to Eldorado Resorts, we didn’t notice any lessening in customer service. Our Row experience was just depressing. We waited in line for 25 minutes, behind one person, at the Reward Center. When it was finally our turn the customer service person was completely unfamiliar with our Caesar’s offers. Then checking into the Silver Legacy hotel, there is no Diamond check-in lane, and we waited another 40 minutes to get our room. We’ve been Diamond members for many years and this was a first. Our comped room had a tear in the bed cover. This is also a first. As far as their being no information regarding the status of the Laurel Lounge’s reopening, I for one feel that this is an indication that they will not reopen. Eldorado Resorts is no Caesars. We really enjoyed visiting the Laurel Lounges, especially the ones at Caesar’s Palace and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe. It helped to make our trips memorable, as we really enjoyed interacting with the staff, other fellow guests, the drinks, and the food options. Without this perk, just spending our time out on the floor, we feel less connected and less bonded to a particular casino brand.

Please reopen the diamond lounges!

Please return this diamond and seven star benefit ASAP! This is one of the nicest ways to get away from the sounds of the casino for a few minutes before returning to the tables.

in 2019 I spent $35,000 at Caesars Properties. in 2021 - its $0. Think about it Caesars - I never received 35k in benefits, but you have suffered $35k in losses. Some free drinks and snacks off the benefit list are 'costing' too much money? Try core retention of loyal customers - no snack / drink cost will ever compare.

I worked like Hell to achieve Diamond status. The lounges were a great perk, particularly the one at Caesars A.C. Why work so hard to achieve Diamond if you only get free parking with it where you can get that anywhere. The El Dorado Group is not doing a good job of taking care of customers. Boyd is out there waiting for me!!
