I enjoyed drinking with other 7 star and Diamond player before starting my all-night gaming pleasure.

Caesars wants to save money by not opening the Laurel lounges but I think they are losing money by keeping them closed. There are so many gambling options that it's the perks that keep people coming back. It's like a symbol of status going there, just knowing they are giving back means something.

Lounges were the best Caesars had to offer. Not sure why I would bother going there otherwise.

Will probably play somewhere else if Caesar’s keeps devaluing status.

For my wife and I the Laurel Lounge was the primary benefit for becoming and maintaining a Diamond Player status for past several years. Providing drinks is a joke as that is what is offered while gambling. If they do not resume food service, no doubt there will be less loyalty leading to less profits due to less players. Pretty basic. There are other options.

I have been a diamond cardholder for the past 10 years or so. We have always enjoyed going to the Laurel Lounges to take a break from gambling. My wife and I are now exploring getting connected to other casino loyalty programs. We have always stayed and gambled at Caesars properties in the past, but are definitely going to see what other casinos have to offer if the Laurel Lounges do not reopen.

Reopen the Laurel Lounges as that is the main perk of being Diamond. Especially in Vegas!

There's no reason it can't be opened. Other restaurants that serves food are.
