As a Diamon Plus member, the lounges were something I worked hard to attain and I dont seriously think they are coming back to Vegas. Vanderpump took over Paris Lounge. Harrahs entire area surrounding the lounge is boarded up. Flamingo eliminated the space altogether with a high end restaurant. Caesars has their corridor leading to it boarded up. Planet Hollywood has no access to the section where it was located. I honestly dont mind the coupons - but replacing the mediocre food with nothing and then limiting drinks to just 4 a day does not create player loyalty. It creates players looking for something better - like MGM.

El Dorado have had plenty of time to work something out for the Loyalty program, I am 7 Stars and it is plain to see that they do not care about the high end players and only want the come by and gamble chance players. Terrible service and the feedback I have had from employees is crazy, they are told you can be replaced so do your job! Bring back some perks for us including the lounge!

El Dorado is the absolute worst thing to happen to loyal CET patrons. They’ve scrapped most things I’ve enjoyed about being Diamond. No more lounge, no free show tickets, no special spa pricing. Soaps in hotels have been replaced with cheap rubbish that leaves a residue on your skin, and leaves it dry. Facial tissues have been replaced with sandpaper. What’s next? Reopen the Lounge.

I am Extremely disappointed Caesars. Bring the Laurel Lounge back or please give private access elsewhere with free drinks and food. This was the only benefit for me obtaining diamond.

The Laurel Lounge is the primary perk and motivation to continue to gamble at a high rate. And one of the main reasons switching from Mlife.

This was a major reason I left MGM and came over. Next trip out I’m staying at Red Rock Casino. They have been on me for years to stay there. You are making it to easy. This is one acquisition that should have never taken place. This is the beginning of the end to a great TR program and Caesars!
