Without the lounges and shows, there's really no reason to gamble at your properties to earn Diamond and above.

Words don’t capture what the lounges mean. It’s not just a lounge, it’s a feeling. The camaraderie, the people, the energy. The Caesars lounge is like the “Cheers” of Las Vegas. Please reopen the lounges.

After 20 yrs of playing with caesars rewards, we finally reached Diamond Plus after retirement. Now, we FINALLY get to use the laurel lounges and they are closed!!!!! What?????
