The fact that this awesome place has been closed for as long as it has is mind boggling. They've taken away a major perk to being a high level Caesars rewards member. No wonder so many Seven Stars and Diamond members are jumping ship.

The Laurel Lounges are what attracts is to earn and maintain Diamond Plus status. It is a great reward that shows you value our loyalty.

Our biggest draw to Ceasars Las Vegas was the Laurel Lounge and the friends we made in there, both fellow guests and Ceasars staff. The Bartenders, servers, and crew made our trips much more enjoyable, and unmistakenly memorable. Honestly, if the Laurel Lounge were back open, and Rick and Richard were back behind the bar, we would have visited at least twice, more likely 3 times since we were vaccinated. Instead, we have chosen to gamble in the numerous casinos in our home Washington State. The Laurel Lounge experience and our friends inside there are the unique offerings we can not get at home, and in our case, were impetuous enough to travel to LV Ceasars to gamble and vacation. If the Laurel Lounge does not re open, our intent, along with the group of friends that we often visit with, is to try a different venue and property, likely one that status matches, but not necessarily. We have stuck with Ceasars/Harrahs/Total Rewards properties out of loyalty, friendships, and traditions we have grown to love, mainly and uniquely Diamond Lounges at your properties, and specifically Laurel Lounge at Ceasars Palace.

Miss the LL. It’s a great little break from spending $$ on the tables. We always looked forward o a great visit with the staff members .

We miss this benefit so much!!! Now that Vegas is crowded again we need this oasis and break during a long hard day of gambling. Pretty please :-)
