Diamond for 16 yrs....family issues keep me from attaining the plus for the 4 free drinks in LV...but I always have enough comps to pay the 1000 to enter the lounge...sure to miss it...

The lounge keeps us on property at Caesars. Without breaks here at the Lounge, we casino hop as upper tier at a few programs. Minimal investment to keep big players on property.

Other than resort fees, which there are several hotels that offer NO resort fee. Why spend the money at Caesars. The Lounges give a break from the machines and gives you a second wind. Open them! You keep taking things away.

Please Open the DL! We come in from Canada 4 times a year and we love to see the staff and friends at the lounge!! It’s part of our Vegas experience!!!! Plus the staff are amazing! They are our Vegas family!!!! ♥️

Being 7 star for at least 7 years I feel very degraded that lounges are open in other areas and not in Las Vegas. With the skimpy 4 drink coupons, my 7 star companion can't even get a free drink. Many other places to gamble at in Las Vegas. Open up or you will lose big gamblers.

These need to be Re-opened! Drink tickets are not the same and we miss seeing our servers in an intimate atmosphere.
The lounge is a place to unwind and catch up with other players. I also do not like having to share space in a public lounge with hookers and riff raff!

4 drink don't cover me and my guest. Compared to the quality time we get to spend together inside the Laurel lounge. Watching games and eating snacks.
