Open The CAESARS Laurel Lounges

I am Seven Star with home casino at Caesars, Atlantic City. You all keep asking for LV lounges to open like AC; however, while I’m VERY grateful they are open there, Caesars GREATLY reduced their hours of operation. If you aren’t there on weekends- forget it. Sure hope those running the show listen to all that has been said. If they don’t listen to the best players, who are they listening to for goodness sake? You are all right, this outfit keeps taking perks away, this is just one of many. I’ve been super loyal to this system since 21, going NO WHERE else to play up til now. But in recent months, I’m re-thinking that loyalty. We’ve all been to many Caesar’s properties recently and I think we all agree that the players are slowly BUT SURELY slipping away from them and it has nothing or little to do with the Pandemic. If Caesars doesn’t get their marketing and perks in a better place they will be selling off more properties in the next few years.

Agree - Lounges should be open, 7 Stars (& Diamond) are losing all the perks, now they have taken away the free shows in Vegas! - what next! After 40 years with Caesars being loyal ..it maybe time to jump ship.

The Laurel Lounges in Vegas provided much more than free drinks and snacks. For visitors, like myself, they were a place to relax, meet new people, share experiences of other Caesar's properties, have some conversation. Many of us would plan Vegas trips to meet up with other players we have met over the years. The bartenders and servers recognized you and they are the only staff that made you feel like a valued customer of Caesars. Without the Lounges, there is little incentive to play in Vegas.

One of the few perks left for diamond card holders is the Laurel lounge. No other reason to achieve that status now that there are no free shows.

I’ve been a loyal Caesar’s patron for a number of years. Laurel lounge provides an opportunity to socialize with other Caesar’s patrons. I feel the Laurel lounges should be open.

Without lounges in Vegas, no sense in being Diamond, I can play too many other places that don’t have lounges.

There is no reason to become Diamond Plus without the Laurel Lounges. I don't drink so 4 drink coupons as a replacement are of no value to me. I liked getting away from the noise of the casino for a while, having a cold refreshment and a snack and enjoying being with others of like interests. It made us feel valued and special. My husband and I have both been Diamond members for years, but we are considering changing to other casino properties.

I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the lounges. Players need somewhere to go while playing in the casino. Caesars will probably lose many of its loyal players.

Although I no longer drink alcohol, my wife and I have really have enjoyed our many visits over the years to Ceasars DL/L L. It is very shortsighted to keep the L L closed, which will inevitably lead (or already has) to many Diamond and Seven Star players going to play elsewhere.
