Without the DL, there is no reason to play at Ceasars. That was the one perk that set them apart from MGM. Have switched my play to MGM. They have better comps and know how to treat their players. So long Ceasars!

Please open up! Laurel lounge is the reason we go to Vegas! It’s a great place to unwind. Plus, we absolutely love the staff, especially Richard and Rick!!!

Please open the lounges. What is the benefit of being a diamond, a plus, an elite or 7 star if this perk for our loyalty is gone. We have many options to choose from and we have chosen to ONLY spend our hard earned cash at Caesars properties. This will be changing unless the lounges open soon

This is a peek that I earned I understand Covid but I go to Atlantic City n the 7 star and laurel lounges are open at Harrahs n Caesar’s n Tropicana clubs r open also as is Borgata n Golden snugger and the Icean . Vegas is where you are incorporated . This is not fair to those who have earned this perk n those that work in these Lounges .

Been a Seven Star and Diamond player for many years and the Lounges we need. You need something a little extra for the high rollers, keeps them near the casino action and a place to relax. Sometimes we just need a place to go after 6 hours straight from being at the tables, if no lounge then I'm going to my car and leaving or back to my room if the property has one. If you have Lounge the player has the potential to stay on casino floor and blow back the 100k they just won!?!

This is one of the reasons we stay loyal to . The diamond lounges. The best employees work in them and we won’t gamble at their properties if they don’t open the lounges to show how they value their guests.

In the past when we would receive offers from other properties, we would say But they don't have a Diamond Lounge, and we'd come back to Caesar's. We're starting to look at the other offers, especially some really good ones from MGM properties. PLEASE open the lounges back up.

I've already cut back o my gambling at any Caesars owned properties because of the cutbacks on perks. The Laurel Lounge is not such a big expense that they cannot afford to offer that to the ones that bring the money into the casinos.

Caesars keeps on reducing the benefits. The Laurel Lounge not reopening is a shame as this was a highlight of playing at Caesars. I’ve already started playing another property and earned their top tier of their player loyalty program through my gambling spend. It’s a two way street and Caesars doesn’t seem seem to value their players anymore with constant cutbacks to their program.
