Gaming is a social event for most of us. We want the Laurel Lounge to open as a way to relax, meet people and enjoy the atmosphere.
Lots of us will stop coming soon without that being part of the experience.

Caesar's Lounges were not decent nor luxury, but at least they were kind of services that most other casino groups didn't provide for their VIP's. As our 7* benefits have been cut year after year, we are now really don't have many other things to brag about, particularly seeing the long- waiting and recently-announced "Signature Event" has actually turned out to be a "Signature No Event." So, to keep the lounge operation is sort of keeping some minimum features for costly earned VIPs

Outside of the laurel lounge, can you explain what the reason is to spend thousands of dollars to stand first in line at an overpriced restaurant. As of now, there are limited benefits for the money spent trying to gain diamond and higher status. Although it doesn't affect me, a $10 food credit for a seven star card is highly insulting. You can't even get an appetizer in any of your places for $10. OPEN THE LOUNGES

Please re-open not only the Laurel lounges, but the buffet at Harrah's Ak Chin (my home casino). Even with 7 star status, it takes a long time to get a table at the other dining choices at Ak Chin with both the buffet and Laurel Lounge closed.

Although I am unaware of any formal statement that the Laurel Lounges in Las Vegas will remain closed, I too believe that by now they should have been re-opened. I completely understand the initial need for closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however since the for-profit large-scale Bacchanal Buffet has re-opened it is clear that Caesars could easily manage the small-scale self-serve food offerings as well as the drink service typically found in the Las Vegas Laurel Lounges.
Some may not prioritize Laurel Lounges as an important benefit for Seven Stars or Diamond level attainment and I respect that, but others like myself do prioritize Laurel Lounges as a most important benefit. This has been a well documented benefit that we have already been denied during the majority of 2020 and now well into 2021. Collectively we have spent significant sums of money to attain this advertised benefit and therefore there is a solid expectation that we should accordingly receive this benefit when visiting Las Vegas properties.
If it is the intention to close the Las Vegas Laurel Lounges as a business decision, then this should only occur after formally announcing the change and transitioning only after those who have already earned this benefit have received the benefit for the duration they were promised; then, in the future, some may choose to continue to attain these levels without this benefit if it is removed and some may choose to simply take their business elsewhere. Then time would tell whether it was a good business decision to infuriate a significant number of your very best customers.
I hope that Caesars hasn't forgotten that it is much less expensive to keep an existing customer than acquire a new one!

I agree with all the comments I am a Seven Star but not for much longer if all the benefits are taken away! With the New Resort World in Vegas Matching the & Star Card with a Black (Top) and M Life doing the same, it don't make sense to wait for Caesars to make their mind up! I was told this weekend in LV by staff that since Eldorado took over they are just money grabbing and cutting back, even on staff! At least give something back to the loyal followers before they don't follow!

As a Diamond elite member I feel like you have done the “bait and switch”. The benefit of earring Diamond Plus was access to the Laurel lounges around the country. We all understand why they were closed for COVID however we are past that point in nearly all jurisdictions. Failure to reopen the lounges is a slap in the face to your customers. At least in Las Vegas and Tahoe you providing drink coupons. Nothing is being provided in Atlantic City M-Th when the lounges are closed. I like many people wont gamble at your establishments anymore until we are given what we earned. I pledge to never gamble again at your establishments and move my business over to other competitors such as the Hard Rock/ Ocean and MGM until this is corrected!
