I am going to another rewards program if you don’t open the Laurel lounges. There is hardly any perks for becoming a Diamond plus. I have already started giving my money to another casino.

The lounges are the only reason I have remained gambling at Caesars properties. Without them I see no reason to stay at Caesars mostly older properties.

I understand the problems associated with the Laurel lounge during Covid but now that we are coming back to normal please do not take away any of my seven star perks. One of the reasons I stay loyal to the Caesars group it’s because of the perks I received for doing so. Thank you.

When they see how much $ they lose without high card players compared to the food and drink saved.
They will be changing their minds pronto.
Just a few high rollers more than pay for the diner level food and
any drinks.Which is why they had the lounges for so long.

Paris DL is my home away from home. Over a decade of visits have made them my family. Dont allow corporate greed to take away a place where new friends and memories are made. The only reason I come to VEGAS is to spend time with my Paris DL family.

A lot of you might not be aware, but in addition to the lounges not reopening, Caesars has quietly been charging 2 for 1 reward credits for eating in some of their restaurants. It's just going to get worse
