Since when does MGM have anything for Platinum? You mean some small bottle of liquor and a crossiant in registration? I have never seen hot food unless you are on concierge floor somewhere. If MGM is actually offering that, stop petitioning Caesars and just go to MGM. Part of the problem is you are still a 7^ member, If all the 7^ members fell off, they would notice and put stuff back. I have not been 7* in a while, they have been cutting back for years - walk with your feet

I'm a 7 Star Member, and it's ridiculous that Caesars closed the laurel lounges! This was a NICE Perk to YOUR most LOYAL Diamond and 7 Star Members! It was nice to sit down, have a drink and snack away from the crowded casino! YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO REOPEN THIS! MGM Offers its PLATINUM AND NOIR Members Free Loung with Food and Drinks 24/7 I'm totally ready to be Just LOYAL MGM member! After my wife and I got married at one of your properties its sad to see Caesars go into ruins taking more and more away! REMEMBER CAESARS PEOPLE VOTE WITH THEIR WALLETS!

One of the nicest things about being a diamond member was going to the Laurel lounge and having a drink and snack in a pleasant area away from the noise of the casino. I am a diamond elite and have spent lots of money for this one particular perk. I think it might be time for a change..

You cut the comps enough..... Ameristar is looking very good for 2023......keep being cheap cesar....open a lounge that serves more than day old chicken wings

Dear Caesar’s Customer Service
My husband and I are both tier diamond plus members. I have 48000 tier points plus (917700050654) and my wife has 46000 tier points (17700094478.) We are recreational gamblers who each take $200 dollars to play.
We will be going next door to Bally’ to play in the new year
The only reason was the decision by management to close the laurel club. We would go there after a couple of hours of gambling and more often then not play a second round after we ate at the laurel lounge, take out a few more hundred dollars. Now we just go home as our options of laurel club, buffet and Café Roma are all closed.
The options for the laurel lounge at tropicana and harrahs are non -options. You have to wait 45 minutes or more to get into a cramped tiny space. It’s humiliating. We now play at Bally’s and eat at their players club after 15000 tier credits.
I believe management has made a terrible decision in closing the laurel lounge. It is affecting the business Caesar’s attracts. (1) the parking garage is deserted. We park on level 3 where before we had to go to level 7. (2) Sunday mornings are ghost towns where previously at least a couple of hundred people would flock to the laurel lounge breakfast. (3) there are less people in the casino then ever before. It reminds me of trump casino right before it closed. (4) The Atlantic Press reports every month that Caesar’s tropicana and harrahs are still losing money more then the other casinos namely all the other casinos that offer a players lounge to moderate gamblers. And (5) when Caesars did this before ten or more years ago, they raised the tier score to get into the diamond club back then to 15000 tier points we went to Atlantic Club and got their black card which was only 10000 tier points. Caesars saw the error of their ways and eventually offer members who had a black card to come back to Caesar’s for the diamond club.
As a retired educator, I hope top executives are weighting the cost ben

Absolutely they should open them back up. You have to be extremely lucky to get a server to approach you in Las Vegas while you're playing. Otherwise you only get 4 complimentary drinks per day?? Who came up with this bogus rule? I'll play 12 hour days most of the time and I'm not losing my money sober!
