Open all diamond lounges Please. We do pay Caesars ALOT of money. Sure maybe your organization don’t make what you have.But we the people don’t either. But Caesars you are Still profiting.!!

Management say the lounges are not a money maker. If they lose all their players it will be a MONEY LOSER for the hotels. We have already started looking at other options. The drink vouchers are a very tacky perk. The lounges and their staff are what makes our Vegas experience

I will never visit or return to a Ceasesrs property, have also stopped using the Ceasears Reward Visa card

I know it’s all about the Benjamin but I’m starting to spend my Benjamin at other casinos! We also miss Norma, Mario and Rustin. Give them their jobs back.

I am a Seven Stars member. My wife and I have been guests for 30+ years. It is insulting to be asked to stand at a kiosk for refreshment tickets and then stand in a long line to redeem them. We have a business and understand you wanting to make up for losses from Covid. You should not do that though at the expense of offending your loyal and longtime guests AND team members. They have become like family over the years, so you are hurting us both. Please reconsider your strategy and open the Laurel Louge immediately!

Please reopen the lounge! It's one of the perks that we always look forward to visiting and a great break to being on the casino floor. Keep the C Rewards going, keep us - don't lose us!
