They should open the laurel lounges back up. It’s something I looked forward to as a Diamond plus player and haven’t even been able to use 1 time!

I’ve been a diamond member for 10 years. On my recent visit to Las Vegas I was disappointed to see the Lorel lounge is closed. I miss my favorite servers Mona and Terry at the Harrah’s Laurel lounge especially.

Open the Laurel Lounges! This is the biggest benefit we have ever had in Vegas and was the reason for our continued one casino chain presence at Caesars Properties. Customer service has always been the best in the Laurel Lounges and the Harrahs Las Vegas Laurel Lounge with Mona and Terry are absolutely the best!!
